Project Run Queenstown

Welcome to our 12-week Queenstown Half and full Marathon Coaching Program.

People make training fun! Our comprehensive 12-week coaching program is designed to prepare you for race day with expert guidance, a supportive community, and a personalised approach to training.

What to expect?

  • 12 weeks of one-on-one, tailored run coaching by Project Run Coach Erchana Murray-Bartlett

  • Nutrition advice to ensure you’re fueling for training and race day to perform at your best. Google Meet sessions will include:

    • Gut Training & Fueling for training.

    • Carb Loading & Race Nutrition.

  • Tailored strength program by Strength Coach Gus Martin, updated monthly, for either your home or gym.

  • Group Shake out run in Queenstown Friday 14th November.

How it works?

We use Training Peaks to integrate your training program with your GPS watch, allowing direct contact with your coach.

You’ll be added to our Project Run WhatsApp group where we will share training updates and community news.

Upon starting, we’ll spend some time talking through your running journey, race goals and work/life balance to ensure we’re tailoring your program to you.

Cost?

$400 for the 12 weeks, all inclusive (that’s only $33 per week).

Kick off?

12 weeks starts from Monday August 18th, 2025.
